Description

The layout of the error page under React don't seem to be good.
Compared to the angularJS version:

• the image is too stick to the top
• the color for the heading 'Oops!' is wrong
• the font size is too small (should be 16px)
• the position of the buttons is not good (would be OK for a mobile layout, but in PC view they shouldn't take the whole width and should be aligned to the right)
  Would it be possible to fix, please?

Steps to reproduce

Go to any public cloud page on a nic.
Log out and log in with a different nic. The error loading page will be displayed.
