[BUG] Unable to clear notifications badge

Steps to reproduce

I'm not sure how to reproduce it since I'm not sure how it happened. I don't think I ever got any notifications from the owncloud app.

Expected behavior

If I have notifications, I should be able to see & clear them in the app. If not, then the red notifications badge should go away.

Actual behavior

On my home screen I have a notification badge indicating I have 3 notifications, but nowhere in the app does it seem to indicate that I have any notifications. I have tried logging out & logging back in, deleting & reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone (in many different permutations) to no avail. Is there any other way I can try to force-clear the notifications?
