After changing Keystore file Password, Unable to Sign in using new Keystore file and password

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch URL
2.Click on Generate Keystore file
3.Click on change Keystore file password
4.Choose file and enter password
5.Enter new Password
6.Download new Keystore file
7.Sign in using new file and password

Notice the issue, Unable to Sign in using new Keystore file and password

Expected Result: Should be able to Sign in using new Keystore file and password
Actual Result: Unable to Sign in using new Keystore file and password
