On claim Rewards model, Erase selected validators and remaining validators not showing in order

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the URL
2.Sign in
3.Click on Claim Rewards
4.Select 4 or 5 validators in drop down
5.Remove one by one

Notice the issue, remaining validators not showing in order

Expected Result: Validators should get update in an order
Actual Result: validators not showing in order

this is based on width of the string. if we combine width of two selected validators is lesser than width of select field then only two validators will display on field. other wise it will display only one.
