Train Should Be Removed from List After Arrival Time Expired

In the current implementation if the timeToStation value exceeds the current time the system will not remove the arrival from the list and will continue to display the arrival on the board until the API is refreshed.

The system should instead expire the arrival once the train has arrived to the station.
