Add extra config info

Recently made one of these and had the pleasure of figuring out all the undocumented parts.

You may need to add flags when running the main.py python file

E.g python main.py --display ssd1322 --interface spi --width 256 --height 64

Also ensure luma oled and the rest of the requirements are properly installed.

App ID is no longer required by TFL but the code won't work unless you specify something. Make sure your app id and app key are within quotation marks.
