Add ability to create async actions with support for meta property

Hello!

We use ta for all our async staff handling and wonder whether we are able to pass meta to async actions.

I see that it's not possible according to https://github.com/piotrwitek/typesafe-actions/blob/master/src/create-async-action.ts

Hey at the moment it's not possible, but it's something I'd like to explore at some point. The tricky part is a good API design so it's still simple to use and easy to understand.
