Quick & simple suggestion - Likes & Dislikes

Loving the app, btw. I use it daily. One thing though that has become problematic is the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons on shows. I have accidentally hit the Thumbs Down button with my remote, which has not been fair on hosts. But it also has come back to bite me with negative Steem impact. It would be really good if there was some sort of confirmation that was needed for a Thumbs Down click on a show, or a way to remove that click. I found that if I click on it a 2nd time (thinking that it would reverse the vote), it just added a 2nd thumbs down.

Is there anyway you can make this harder to click so that if I really want to downvote a post, I have to at least confirm to do it?
