chord names with extensions don't display the extension

I'm trying to enter a C9 chord as a text, but the extension doesn't display, so it's shown as a C chord. I'm using Power Tab Editor 2.0 Beta (v2.0.0-alpha 19-0-g48acb0b) under Windows 11

I think this might be related to #31 where the chord name dialog doesn't disable all the invalid combinations of settings.

If you change the Formula from maj (default) to 7 then adding the 9 extension should work
