Add SSH Proxy (ip, port, user, pass/key) to VMEndpoint and implement host list (round-robin, load-based) for FirecrackerProvider

Possibly add K8sProvider (e.g., to test clabernetes)

proxmox and SSH jumphost were implemented in #180

proxmox provider is currently limited to LXC, but this is maybe the better option anyway
