Is there a way to create a "low internet mode" where you can view a video in a space where you have low internet and this could be done with limiting loading processes such as recommended videos (under a current video) and have the only processes being the video to be watched.
This is only and idea as I have no clue on how the loading and processes of the internet work on YouTube and how it could be improved if there were a way to.
