make an English Main.strings file

Right now translations needs to happen from the Russian Main.strings file. With an English Main.strings file if someone gives up halfway through the translation, the app would be half translated and half English instead of half translated, 1/4th English, 1/4th Russian.

I won't be adding the files to the actual app if its halfway through. I will, of course, merge it to master here so that anyone else can carry on from where the first person left. I hope this makes sense.
