I ran UK CD version of that game on Thinkcenter-m72e (x86 mini PC) Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) version,

but when I tried run this game on dosbox-core, the framerate is unstable. it 'spikes' ingame.

(standalone DOSBox works well, but doesn't work well in dosbox-core core)

Have you tried fixed cycles with something like 10k to 20k?

I tried. 10k works just lower framerate, but after I changed cycle 20k and more, it has "hiccup".

Yeah, I've noticed the same issue. There's something funny going on with SSF2T. Standalone DOSBox is fine. I'm using the follwing settings and it's mostly fine -:
dosbox_core_cpu_cycles = "1"
dosbox_core_cpu_cycles_fine = "8"
dosbox_core_memory_size = "24"

Another issue is the volume of CD audio in the game. It's much lower than standalone DOSBox. All other games that I've tried have the same volume for CD audio in DOSBox 0.74 and DOSBox Core.
