Describe the bug

Telemetry data indicates a number of users get this "Request textDocument/completion failed with message: label.replace is not a function" error.

Expected Behavior

Completion should not produce errors.

Current Behavior

"Request textDocument/completion failed with message: label.replace is not a function" error is sometimes reported.

Steps to Reproduce

Unfortunately, we have no more context: sometimes, completion fails, that's as vague is you can get. Need to figure out what's wrong here.
