The MA Governor page pops up a seemingly random ForeSee branded feedback survey. Currently, the form submission will fail if the box happens to pop-up, but the retry is successful as the pop-up doesn't seem to appear more than once successively.

We should handle this better with some JS in the yaml to clobber this box if it appears.
