Related to #43, I think that we should at least show the validation status on the observation page.

The need of showing the validation status on observation page was confirmed during meeting with users on Apr 20.

Same "issue" as always: we need a clear, unambiguous way for machines to identify those observations. Then (and only then), displaying the status will be very easy.
