Via EASIN API (https://easin.jrc.ec.europa.eu/api/cat/euconcern/) we get Introductions information which we can map to distribution extension.

For Myriophyllum heterophyllum we get the following:

Year | Country | Notes | SpeciesName | Reference.Name | IsDeleted | ...
1800 | Austria | 1800, 1973 | Myriophyllum heterophyllum | NOBANIS | FALSE | ...

@timadriaens: what do they mean with "1800, 1973"?

No idea, the first record in Austria was 1945 (link) so that doesn't make much sense to me. Also the NOBANIS database gives other dates (1885 as first date for Austria for instance).

Thanks. I think this issus can be set to "On hold" until #9 and #6 are solved.
