The english vernacular name of Trachemys scripta (https://github.com/riparias/union-list/blob/main/data/processed/vernacularname.csv?plain=1#L376) is not correctly published on GBIF, Very likely because the vernacular name contains a comma. However, the vernacular name is quoted (" ... ") and so this issue should not occur.

@peterdesmet, @LienReyserhove: no idea why IPT fails.. or maybe is there a bug I cannot see?
