• Bulgaria S18 | Present: Mihail Mihaylov. Raisa Muratbekova. Polina Hristova.Polina joined a bit later and at the end asked to repeat Red Cross questions for her. Raisa wanted to know whether we can provide a location=where a (Red Cross) message comes from (but we can’t).
