Reproduce: chose haa to haa-ipa (or eng*), and open the "Hän to IPA" tab under Custom Rules, you cannot see the full header line because some context_before values are super long.

Desired: A horizontal scroll bar would be needed to see the full context_before and context_after columns.

Current work-around: put your cursor in a cell, and use the keyboard right/left keys to land in the 3rd and 4th columns.
