Esta función es ineficiente y hace imposible el uso del programa cuando el tamaño de memoria/procesos es grande.

Una de las maneras es comprobar por cada proceso en memoria su primera y última posición.
Otra manera sería con tablas de direcciones y pre-lectura de memoria.
