Missing screenshot in readme.md

The gallery file mentioned in the readme.md is missing, most likely due to Discord removing the picture.

This is the original file.
Additionally, I suggest replacing it with a manually created concept image resembling how it would look like if taking a screenshot of grub is more tedious.
