Not an article but a plot post. Super sweet figure though.

Four components.

  1. GDD (x) and discrete stage (y-axis, either 18 or 26). Of the different varieties.
  2. Logistic regression curves. Looks like the many lines are each a curve from a bootstrap sample for each of the 3 varieties?
  3. Colored text for each variety.
  4. Arrows & bloom description text.
