Hi @wangcc57, this project is outdated, but I believe you can still find the way to integrate it on the build. Basically look for sippet/webrtc as it contains the integration objects. In essence this project here contains just the codec sources, while sippet/webrtc has the actual integration bits.

Adding the codec does not make it readily available though; you need to find how to instantiate it from your app.
