Installed plugin not showing up in any section

Steps to reproduce

My plugin is sketch-dynamic-button. After installing via Sketchpacks it doesn't show up in my 'Managed' or 'UnManaged' section. I'm pretty sure I had tested this before when I was trying to test updating the plugin version.
