feat[dev]: ✨ Update Celum Icon URLs to Avoid URL Blocking Issues

User Story

As a frontend developer of the Solid Design System, I would like to update the URLs for Celum icons from azureedge.net to union-investment.de, as well as ensure consistency across all repositories, so that we avoid issues with URL blocking in some Volksbanken, and maintain a reliable and unified access to our icons.

Suggested Solution

Replace all instances of fe-celum-icons-.azureedge.net with the new custom domain URLs in the frontend repositories.
Conduct a thorough review and testing to ensure that all icons are correctly accessible via the new URLs.
