Solidity Contract (Request)

Hello, I am brand new to Github so I don't know if this message is forwarded to you, and its not so much an issue other than I want to pay you to make me a contract. If you feel like you have the time, and motivation please let me know.

Basically I am creating a new Token trying to innovate Crypto, or spread it to the underprivileged and critics, but we also need to make money for investors.

Most Tokens are pump and dump, and its all a mess.

What I want a contract to do is be tax modifiable, if that means ownable then it has to be ownable., so I want to be able to set any tax I want on Sell, and swaps. Anything that has to do with selling our tokens to prevent pump and dumps, this has to be corrected later so people can actually sell their investment for a profit.

The next thing is I want people to be able to freely transfer their tokens to other investors, or new wallets, or the marketing, burn, or liquidity wallets.

And that's basically everything, All I want is to prevent people from pump and dumping the first day,.

So to summerise:
Modifiable tax to sell and swaps away from our token.
Tax on buys and swapping from another token to ours should be free.
Free transactions when it comes to sending or receiving our token to other wallets.
Of course it has to be BSC

And of course it should all be modifiable.
There should be a burn, liquidity and marketing wallet too.

And to split the tax up 15% for marketing, 35% for burn and 50% for liquidity if possible. Of the set tax.

IF you don't feel like creating something that could potentially be a rug, or scam. I am more than willing to give you control to prevent that, but our project demands a modifiable tax.
