This issue will be addressed in the Rcpp Pull-request. The SE_dWAIC will not be added to the winning criteria but the pointwise WAIC values will be added to the model outputs, and the standard errors of the WAIC estimates will be shown in the tournament summary, along with the standard error of the WAIC differences between the models.
