After winding down some confusing paths attempting to get Google OAuth2 working, I was able to get it working in the github example by just supplying the OAuth2RestTemplate to the UserInfoTokenServices so that it would use AuthenticationScheme.query.

I'll have a pull request shortly once I do the contributor sign up.
