I have found the some of the original documentation relating to the UART Commands for the Teptron Move. This might be out of date but I'll upload for informational purposes.

That's a bit dodgy protocol. They effectively discarded all beauty if BLE 4 and implemented their own protocol above UART. Not sure what's the point here.

Anyway, we could try.

Do they get discovered by the binding?
