datadog-operator is a Kubernetes Operator that provides a way to automate the management of various DataDog features using Kubernetes.
It enables you to keep things like your monitor definitions and dashboards close to your application deployment, providing visiblity into what it takes to both run and monitor your applications.
This is all currently just a POC to see what is possible and is under rapid hacking, don't go using it in production!
