Spec editor does not accept a `--timeout` flag #755

In Storyteller 5, the spec editor does not accept a --timeout flag. This is a regression - timeouts worked in the spec editor in Storyteller 4.

To reproduce on the Storyteller master branch:

dotnet run --framework netcoreapp2.0 --project src/dotnet-storyteller/dotnet-storyteller.csproj -- open --path src/StoryTeller.Samples --timeout 10

The spec editor fails to start. Error message Unknown argument or flag for value --timeout.
