How to remove subscription data from the Members List export

Currently, you can modify your members list CSV export to exclude most columns. However, since the creation of the Subscription table, the Subscription information, including 'joindate', 'startdate', and 'enddate', is handled differently, and there is no clear way to remove these columns.
