As a tester, I'd like to be able to import certain switch setups

Being able to quickly replicate a particular switch setup from one environment to another is very handy to enabling code review, QA, testing, etc. Add the ability to export the current switch setup (maybe with the ability to limit to particular switches?) to a JSON file and then re-import that same file to replicate the same setup in a different switchboard. Right now I'm thinking any conflicting switches should prompt a dialog asking the user how to handle them (update or ignore).
