为了写批量生成词库，升级了一个不稳定的 Compose Desktop 版本，导致两个垂直滚动条消失。

选择章节界面，右侧没有滚动条。
生成词库界面的单词预览区也没有滚动条。

这两个地方使用频率不是很高，影响也不是很大。所以没有等官方修复 bug, 就提前发布了 1.3.0。
