解决方法如下：

在搜索框输入【环境变量】，然后选择【编辑系统环境变量】
在系统属性对话框选择【环境变量】
在环境变量对话框选择【新建】
设置变量名为：SKIKO_RENDER_API 变量值为：SOFTWARE 然后点击【确定】
再点击【确定】关闭【环境变量】对话框。
再重新启动应用程序。
