Perfect Spawn is off for the server download - single player is fine

This is on version 1.2.0 of the pack. When setting up a server I kept death looping in the overworld on a new map. Did some research and I found out that on servers the PerfectSpawn.json file must be in the server root and not inside to the map/world folder. I copied the file over from the map directory to the server root and the issue is fixed. Even if the server download never gets updated at least this post will be here for others to see if they setup a server for Obscurity.
