Description

Currently, CodeBuild selection will result in the CodeBuild project autocreating its own log groups. They are not tagged and have no retention policy set.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add AWS::Logs::LogGroup to the AWS cloudformation deployment for better control of CodeBuild logs
