Move installation guide to wiki and link to it from the readme #19

The installation guide is long and poorly organized.
Move it to the wiki, maybe make it several pages with some better organization.
Link to the new wiki page and remove instructions from the readme but leave some basic info about how the bot is hosted.

Before doing any adjusting I'd like to hear more about what the current users or new faces would like to see. Are we missing any critical pieces of documentation? How would you like to see it laid out?

Move documentation to github pages so that they can be versioned with the bot?
