Time.now 導致傳至歐付寶的時間不正確

是使用 generate_checkout_params 時，要自行傳入 Time.zone.now / Time.current 去覆蓋嗎？

Ruby 有 Time.zone.now 這個寫法嗎？這是 Rails 的吧？
另外我想知道歐付寶回傳什麼訊息，感謝！

沒錯，因為我也覺得在純ruby 中引入 activesupport 好像不太好。

不是歐付寶回傳的訊息不正確，而是新增訂單後，進歐付寶看訂單時間的時區會不正確。

你先試試如果 Time.now.getlocal 可以解決這個問題的話，可以送 PR，或是等到我有空來處理這個 issue（可能會很久XD）
