The mobile menu is quite complicated and does not really add any value, Simplify it and move the menu switch to the left since that's the more common place (even if I think it seems to be the wrong spot).

Or just drop it altogether and have a persistent bottom menu https://ux.stackexchange.com/questions/101595/mobile-website-menu-should-hamburger-menu-be-on-left-or-the-right
