Action not showing in Plasma 6 (Dolphin 24.02)

Dolphin doesn't uses "kservices5" directory anymore, services are now stored on "kio/servicemenus".
The install script uses "kf5-config" to locate the services directory, however it hasn't been updated by KDE yet and keeps displaying the old path. There's no alternative for now, a workaround is to set 'target_dir' to "$HOME/.config/kio/servicemenus/mkexeshortcut" and move mkexeshortcut.desktop to servicemenus
