Is there a way to switch the truechart to point at the tag "latest"? New Ollama and Open WebUI updates are coming almost daily and it would be good to integrate them into the truechart ASAP. I see that most charts list a SHA hash along with the tag. Is there a way to just point at the latest tag without the SHA so the latest image is always grabbed?

None, maybe using the docker compose truechart?

There were some recent issues with automatic chart updates which are now fixed.
Ollama already got the update to 0.2.8 which currently is the latest. We prefer to use actual versioning then latest.
