Horizontal bar overlay appears at the page bottom warning that an adblocker is enabled. Even if I remove it with element picker it reappears when page refreshes.

reset settings to default/reinstall extension,update filters,wait for ubo to be ready like 1-2min then try to surf the page
also disable temporarily other extensions such antivirus extensions/other similar content blocking extensions
