When a video is set to loop, when it would loop, it restarts partway into the video instead of going back to 0:00. This happens to most videos I've tried, not just the one in the link.
Sometimes, upon this happening, it shows the ad that youtube tried to play either when the video first starts, once it's looped, or both, but sometimes I can't catch any glimpses of such. Usually I have found that when it does not show a glimpse of the ad on startup, it still shows a black screen with the video layout formatted as though an ad were about to begin playing. Sometimes it stops skipping ahead after the first loop, but not always.
Without uBO enabled, this issue does not occur.
The timestamp that it skips to varies. On the one I linked, it skips to 0:15 seconds pretty consistently. However, other videos I tested have skipped to timestamps of 0:12, 1:00, 0:56, or 0:22, with different timestamps even when testing one video multiple times.
