Hi Daniel.

The update itself and proxies are pulled every 10 minutes, but due to the way github actions work, it is not guaranteed that updates will occur every 10 minutes. Fresh proxies appear here as soon as they appear on a paid service source.

You can take information about the anonymity of the proxy from the csv file, there is a separate column there.
