Add existing pipeline definitions/flow

The pipeline documentation does a great job at explaining the concepts but there doesn’t seem to be a document showing the current pipeline tasks.

The outline is available in the code reference docs, but that lacks order and purpose. It’d be great to see the existing pipelines as to know how to extend.

I’d be happy to help format/populate if you have this information somewhere?
