Since Adrian Speyer (original author) left the project without further maintenance this is my private fork that will be updated when needed.
The easiest way is to use modman:
modman clone [email protected]:versedi/Piwik-for-Magento.git
Open up the Piwik Analytics Control tab, enter the info and voila, all eCommerce data will be in your Piwik install.
