Several scroll issues at ADB branch.

The scroll function is broken on the ADB-based release of the application. There are several issues such as:
-Endless unstoppable scroll
-Uncomfortable and weird movement.
-Unwanted clicks while scrolling

Yes, this is a known limitation with adb. The latency cannot be improved upon.

I'm looking into some alternatives, but none of them are possible without root. Keeping this open as I'm still looking at alternatives.
