very basic question

Dear all,

I am trying to follow the tutorials of empanada and get stuck with the fine-tuning part.
Not being too familiar with Napari, I am unable to find:
Merge labels button
Split labels button

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi Matthias,

The Merge and Split labels are modules within empanada-napari. If you go to the plugins menu and select empanada-napari, the list of modules should appear. Hope this helps!
